Wir sind ein produktorientiertes Softwareunternehmen und entwickeln innovative Lösungen für Mobilitätsdienstleister. Einer unserer Schwerpunkte liegt dabei auf Buchungssysteme für Mobilitätsanbieter wie Automobilhersteller, Leasinggesellschaften, Autovermietungen und Carsharing mit denen sowohl kurzfristige Überlassungen als auch Abonnements möglich sind.

Als Werkstudent:in im Bereich Product Management unterstützt du vor allem unsere Product Owner (gn) in ihrer täglichen Arbeit – der Product Delivery. Dabei lernst du unsere cross-funktionalen Teams kennen, die zusätzlich aus Product Managern (gn), Software Developern (gn) und Designern (gn) bestehen oder arbeitest zusammen mit weiteren internen Stakeholdern, z.B. Customer Service oder Marketing.

Wie sehen deine Aufgaben bei uns aus?

Du bist eine wertvolle Unterstützung für unsere Product Owner und hilfst ihnen im Daily Business.
Du übernimmst das Testing von Software-Features, sowie das End-2-End Testing, um die Qualität und Funktionalität unser Softwarelösungen zu gewährleisten.
Du erstellst aussagekräftige Releasenotes, hilfst bei der Dokumentation oder pflegst unsere Wissensdatenbank.
Du arbeitest zusammen mit dem Customer Service Team am Incident Handling.
Du wirkst beim Requirement Engineering mit und schreibst hierfür Tickets und User Stories.
Du nimmst aktiv an Scrum Meetings teil.

Was wünschen wir uns von dir?

Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in (gn) in einem relevanten Studiengang, z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL mit IT-Schwerpunkt oder Informatik.
Du hast grundlegendes Verständnis für Softwareentwicklungsprozesse und agile Methoden.
Du kannst sowohl selbstständig als auch im Team arbeiten und gehst dabei gern analytisch und strukturiert vor.
Ein Vorteil wäre, wenn du bereits Erfahrung mit Tools wie Azura Dev-Ops und Confluence hast.
Du sprichst Englisch auf fließendem Niveau (B2-C1). Wir selbst nutzen sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch für unsere internationalen Kolleg:innen.

Kompetitive Vergütung: Der Stundenlohn für diese Stelle liegt zwischen 15,00 € und 18,00 € und richtet sich nach deinen Qualifikationen.

How can you help us?

We are a product-oriented software company and develop innovative solutions for mobility service providers. One of our main focuses is on booking systems for mobility providers such as car manufacturers, leasing companies, car rental companies and car sharing, which enable both short-term rentals and subscriptions.

As a working student in Product Management, you will primarily support our Product Owners in their daily work - product delivery. You will get to know our cross-functional teams, which also consist of Product Managers, Software Developers and Designers or work together with other internal stakeholders, e.g. Customer Service or Marketing.

What can you expect from us?

You are a valuable support for our Product Owners and help them in their daily business.
You will be responsible for testing software features and end-2-end testing to ensure the quality and functionality of our software solutions.
You create meaningful release notes, help with documentation or maintain our knowledge database.
You work together with the Customer Service team on incident handling.
You will be involved in requirement engineering and write tickets and user stories.
You actively participate in Scrum meetings.

What should you bring along?

You are an enrolled student (gn) in a relevant degree program, e.g. business informatics, business administration with an IT focus or computer science.
You have a basic understanding of software development processes and agile methods.
You can work both independently and in a team and like to work in an analytical and structured manner.
It would be an advantage if you already have experience with tools such as Azura Dev-Ops and Confluence.
You speak English at a fluent level (B2-C1). We ourselves use both German and English for our international colleagues.
